Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment for frontline blue-collar roles across Australia. Partner with operational leaders to workforce plan, source, interview, onboard, and coach hiring managers while building talent pipelines for regional and hard-to-fill locations and providing market insights and reporting.

Coordinate and monitor pallet movements across branches, maintain accurate records, minimise rental costs, manage pallet accounts, deliver pallet process training and compliance, improve equipment movements, and provide high-quality customer service while following health and safety policies.

Support depot compliance and operations by maintaining records, completing audits and inspections, managing permits/licenses/training, processing PODs and invoices, coordinating maintenance, and entering safety incidents into TRAC.

Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial insights and financial analysis across branch, customer and network profitability. Support pricing strategy, yield management, cost-to-serve analysis, forecasting, reporting and commercial modelling to improve margins and network performance.

Lead day-to-day Pick Up & Delivery operations for high-volume palletised freight across Perth and regional networks. Manage Supervisors, Drivers and dock teams to deliver safe, on-time service while optimising labour, fleet and costs. Drive safety, compliance (CoR, NHVR, fatigue), performance metrics (DIFOT, productivity), incident investigations, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration with Linehaul, Fleet and Customer Service.

Manage strategic intermodal and rail freight accounts to grow revenue, retain clients, and expand share of wallet. Lead executive engagements, negotiate contracts and rates, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement and reporting for government and enterprise customers.

Plan and conduct compliance audits of subcontracted delivery partners to ensure adherence to NHVR, Chain of Responsibility, WHS and Modern Slavery requirements. Manage pre-qualification, onboarding, compliance documentation, investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, Safety, Legal and Procurement and support regional travel as required.

Support and improve the HSE Management System by administering HSE platforms, preparing and analysing reports and dashboards, tracking corrective actions and audits, supporting bids and audits, and assisting projects across risk, contractor management, governance and Chain of Responsibility. Work with stakeholders to identify trends and drive continuous safety improvements.
