Support and improve the HSE Management System by administering HSE platforms, preparing and analysing reports and dashboards, tracking corrective actions and audits, supporting bids and audits, and assisting projects across risk, contractor management, governance and Chain of Responsibility. Work with stakeholders to identify trends and drive continuous safety improvements.

Provide administrative support for the Townsville Freight Office: process freight documentation, data entry and manifesting, manage reports and email/calendar in Excel/Outlook, reconcile carrier payments, maintain operational records, support compliance and reporting, deliver customer service, reception cover, and collaborate with operational teams on daily freight movements.
