Executive leader responsible for VTEX’s North American B2B strategy, growth, profitability, and market penetration. Leads enterprise sales, B2B marketing, business development, and customer success; owns ACV, P&L, demand generation, strategic account negotiations, partner ecosystems, and market positioning. Provides product feedback and drives adoption of VTEX’s B2B digital commerce and AI capabilities.

Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and manages commercial contracts across Brazil and LATAM. Identifies and escalates legal risks, supports Sales and Alliances, develops contract frameworks for SaaS and emerging technologies, manages the full contract lifecycle in CLM tools, and collaborates with Finance, Privacy, Security, Compliance, and Technology teams. The role also supports cross-border projects, process optimization, AI-enabled workflow improvements, and training on contract management systems.

Build and scale VTEX’s US channel ecosystem by recruiting and enabling system integrators, agencies, technology partners, ISVs, and consulting firms. Develop joint go-to-market plans, drive partner-sourced revenue and enterprise pipeline, manage executive relationships, forecast performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. The role is based in NYC or Miami with four office days per week and travel for partner, customer, and industry events.

Own enterprise new-logo acquisition in Poland for VTEX’s digital commerce platform. Responsibilities include territory planning, pipeline generation, discovery, solution alignment, complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, forecasting, proposal development, and closing €100k+ ACV deals. The role targets enterprise retailers, brands, and B2B manufacturers, requiring collaboration with marketing, presales, systems integrators, and agency partners. Regular travel within Poland and monthly travel to international company offices is required.

Design and build high-scale, mission-critical backend systems for VTEX’s Order Management and Order Allocation platform. Develop agent-based workflows that customize order processing, routing, and fulfillment. Solve complex distributed-systems and platform-architecture problems, collaborate with stakeholders and leadership, provide technical guidance, and contribute to AI-driven orchestration initiatives.

Define and execute VTEX’s checkout product strategy, roadmap, innovation priorities, and customer migration plan. Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, growth, and commercial teams to launch features, improve conversion, and drive adoption across B2B and B2C customers. Use data to optimize performance, influence platform teams, and align go-to-market strategies while shaping AI-assisted product development practices.

Build AI agents, MCP servers, automations, tool frontends, service backends, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure that scale Product Support operations. Develop TypeScript services, integrate APIs and AI systems, operate production infrastructure, and translate recurring support issues into insights for Product and Engineering teams.

Build and evolve large-scale, resilient front-end commerce applications used across thousands of stores. Lead architecture, testing, performance, accessibility, and product delivery with product managers and designers. Serve as a technical reference, mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and use AI responsibly to improve development speed and quality. The role requires advanced English and Portuguese and is remote within Brazil.

Drives GTM alignment, manages marketing spend and retention, supports product evolution, and represents VTEX to senior B2B executives.

Develop and evolve scalable backend systems for global, multi-tenant SaaS products. Provide technical guidance, establish engineering direction, improve product scalability, and address customer and market needs. Collaborate cross-functionally, work with multiple programming languages—primarily C#—and use AI, LLMs, automation, and development tools responsibly to improve workflow quality and speed.
