Leads strategic management of Sharpsmart’s largest NHS contract across six Trusts. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, contract governance, audits, performance reviews, service coordination, project road-mapping, savings and margin improvement, upselling, renewal preparation, proposal development, and subcontractor engagement. The role requires strong commercial judgment, relationship management, and familiarity with healthcare service environments, particularly clinical waste or infection control.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, billing, income and revenue activities, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement. Lead a finance team, advise senior leadership on performance and customer trends, develop policies and procedures, identify revenue improvement opportunities, support strategic planning, and collaborate with international finance managers.

Coordinate bid and tender submissions, contract mobilisations, pricing data, documentation, trackers, action logs, meetings, and progress reporting. Develop tender content, gather stakeholder input, maintain Coupa orders, support commercial data quality, and follow up actions across teams. Help improve Commercial Operations processes, documentation, and best-practice sharing. The role is a 12-month contract requiring strong organisation, written communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manage a portfolio of healthcare customer contracts across mobilisation, performance management, review, renewal, and continuous improvement. Own retention, profitability, commercial performance, risk, pricing, and growth opportunities. Build senior stakeholder relationships, lead Executive Business Reviews, demonstrate customer value, and partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to resolve issues and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Partners with leaders across a regulated, safety-focused environment to improve organizational performance, capability, and people practices. Advises on employee relations, performance management, complex casework, restructures, workforce planning, succession, and leadership development. Coaches managers, uses people data to guide decisions, and ensures fair, compliant policy application across multiple sites while supporting wider HR priorities.

Maintain and validate transport and route planning data using Omnitracs Roadnet and Excel. Build, test and review practical routes, compare planned vs actual metrics, work with site teams to validate operations, identify efficiency improvements, support system testing and user adoption, and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
