Your role will involve
- Partnering with leaders to support organisational performance, structure and capability
- Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and complex casework
- Lead and support change initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
- Coaching leaders to build strong, accountable and engaged teams
- Using people data and insight to influence decision making
- Supporting performance, succession and leadership development initiatives
- Ensuring policies, processes and practices are fair, compliant and applied consistently
- Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver group wide priorities
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role in a fast paced, operational or regulated environment
- Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence handling complex issues
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and working at leadership level
- A practical, commercial mindset with the ability to balance people needs and business outcomes
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and regions
- CIPD Level 5
Skills Required
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
