Own end-to-end launches for new US clinics, from site readiness and technology setup through inventory coordination and opening-day preparation. Own end-to-end electronics design for sensor-dense medical systems, including system requirements, mixed-signal PCB schematics and layout, component selection, board bring-up, debugging, verification, certification, manufacturing transfer, and production support. Owns mechanical design readiness between development and production. The role may also take ownership of product mechanical designs and benefits from experience with regulated products, ISO 13485, or EU MDR.

The role owns labor and employment matters, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, employee policies, commercial contract negotiation, privacy and healthcare compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. The counsel will advise operations, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and HR teams while supporting US expansion and multi-state workforce growth.

Run bi-weekly multi-state US payroll through ADP Workforce Now, manage Workday employee transactions, maintain HR documentation, support state payroll registrations, and improve People operations processes. The role requires ownership of accurate, high-stakes recurring workflows during rapid US expansion, with a focus on payroll systems, employee records, process documentation, and operational scalability.

Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations across HR, finance, payroll, absence, recruiting, and third-party systems. Develop RaaS reports and Workday Extend applications, manage integration security, validate data migrations, monitor integration health, document mappings and processes, and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and module teams to gather requirements and resolve recurring issues.
