Leads end-to-end delivery and governance of business dashboards across business, data, engineering, and technology stakeholders. Lead a hybrid BA and QA team to align business requirements with technical delivery for life insurance systems. Own requirements gathering, BRDs/FSDs, backlog prioritization, UAT coordination, test planning and execution, defect management (JIRA/Xray), QA strategy, automation initiatives, regulatory and data privacy compliance, and mentor BAs and QA staff to ensure end-to-end traceability and high-quality delivery.
