Serves as the principal Finance Business Partner to Group Finance leadership, leading strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost management, governance, and transformation initiatives. The role drives Efficient Growth and offshoring strategies, evaluates business cases, tracks financial benefits, provides commercial insight, and influences senior stakeholders. It also supports capability building and continuous improvement across the Finance function.

Enhance, maintain, and support Prudential’s Life/400 and Life/Asia insurance administration systems. Collaborate with application and business teams to define solutions, document technical specifications, perform unit and integration testing, analyze code quality, and ensure compliance with IT governance. The role also involves reviewing junior team members’ code, supporting software lifecycle activities, and delivering reliable, error-free applications within deadlines.

Lead end-to-end SOX 404 planning, testing, and remediation for actuarial and finance process controls. Provide technical SME support on controls (IFRS 17, finance close, reconciliations, IPE), manage stakeholder engagement and external auditors, drive deficiency remediation, and lead a multi-location team while improving SOX delivery through automation and reporting enhancements.

Support HR operations by documenting and updating SOPs, maintaining records and trackers, preparing statutory documents, creating monthly performance reports, monitoring service issues, and assisting process improvement and administrative tasks to ensure timely, auditable HR operations.

Lead governance, design, and operationalization of the global Oracle Chart of Accounts. Manage COA change control, drive fit-gap assessments, onboard new business units, oversee month-end close framework, and coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Tech, and downstream systems to ensure control effectiveness and consistent COA structure.

Lead growth of Investment-Linked Product (ILP) business and fund AUM by executing channel growth initiatives, creating fund marketing and sales enablement materials, supporting sales capability development, coordinating client engagement events, ensuring compliance of materials, and providing market and competitor insights across product, investment, marketing, compliance, and distribution teams.

Leads data analysis, financial and decision modeling, project valuation, capital budgeting, and performance monitoring for agency and partnership distribution initiatives. The role develops, validates, documents, and maintains models; interprets data to establish valuation assumptions; tracks launched project performance; and supports business planning, compliance, professional development, and employee engagement.

Drive and support agency recruitment in the assigned Visayas sector: coach agency leaders, run monthly briefings, plan and execute sourcing initiatives and recruitment events, maximize examination slots and BYB conversions, and track recruits to meet monthly sector targets.

Provide administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive: manage calendar and meetings, coordinate travel and expenses, handle correspondence, prepare documents and presentations, maintain filing, and assist with meeting logistics and ad-hoc tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Leads second-line operational risk oversight for assigned business functions. Provides independent risk advice and challenge, leads risk and control assessments, monitors controls and indicators, oversees incidents and remediation, prepares governance reporting, supports risk frameworks and PRISM usage, develops risk capability, and manages risk partner team members. Requires strong operational risk, controls, governance, compliance, and financial-services experience, with at least eight years of relevant experience.
