Plan and implement policies for customer service and billing operations, ensuring system performance and operational efficiency while managing legal compliance and new service feasibility.

Support ideation, design and production of campaign creative and digital assets (posters, banners, slides, motion and short-form video). Translate campaign mechanics into clear visuals, ensure brand and Shariah compliance, conduct basic design research, and provide day-to-day campaign execution and administrative support.

Originate, structure, negotiate and execute integrated capital solutions (capital-motivated reinsurance, AIR-type, funding and ALM-linked). Lead cross-functional structuring and execution, ensure regulatory/accounting/tax compliance, build repeatable playbooks and governance packs, prioritize and maintain a transparent pipeline, and implement post-execution monitoring and playbook-based standardization.

Perform actuarial product pricing and model development to support profitable, compliant takaful products. Produce pricing submissions, run and document pricing models, support product implementation and UAT, liaise with retakaful operators, and ensure compliance with company and regulator (BNM/PCA) requirements.

Support the Organisation Effectiveness Partner team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data; assist process improvement and HR transformation projects; perform statistical analyses and prepare presentations to inform data-driven HR decisions.

Design and deliver enterprise-grade data and AI solutions across the insurance domain. Architect Databricks-based lakehouse platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, MLOps and Agentic AI solutions; enforce governance (Unity Catalog), responsible AI practices, and scalable cloud deployments (Azure/GCP). Engage senior stakeholders, build business cases, mentor teams, and ensure production-ready, governed data products supporting actuarial, IFRS17, finance, HR, risk, and MI reporting.

Provide HR and administrative operational support to ensure efficient office operations, facilities and vendor management, procurement, events and meeting coordination, business travel logistics, HR onboarding/offboarding, confidential recordkeeping, HSS coordination, and office security to support company objectives and employee experience.

Develop, code, test, and maintain VPMS actuarial models within the Integral Life system. Identify modelling gaps, translate pricing spreadsheets into system calculations, perform UT/MUT/RT testing, support UAT, and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

Develop and execute data-driven paid media, SEM, and SEO campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Implement tracking, attribution, and analytics; optimize performance via testing, audience segmentation, and budget management. Manage vendor and ad platform relationships, collaborate cross-functionally on content and web optimization, and ensure compliance with company standards while exploring new tools and search innovations.

Support product development including manual and system testing and UAT; assist product/project management; support campaign management and tracking; perform other related tasks as required. Candidate must have or be pursuing a bachelors degree (preferably Marketing or Actuarial Science), CGPA >= 3.00, proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu, and commit to a minimum three-month internship.
