工作內容：
規劃、執行並落實保戶服務暨收費作業之規範制定、數位化科技與一般專案、數位科技系統相關前置及維護作業，以確保保單服務作業之系統效能及運作正常、提昇作業效率。

1. 深入規劃新型態商品上市之保單服務作業流程及系統需求，以確保商品上市，相關契變、收費、給付作業及保戶通知可順利進行。
2. 因應數位化科技、新收費管道，評估及分析各項新服務之可行性及後續規劃執行及測試。
3. 管理法令變動之業務影響並制定符合法令之作業規則、維護法遵手冊、執行法遵通報、法遵訓練及法遵查核。
4. 保服作業規範之制定及維護，並規劃及控管保單服務行政流程，以確保作業順暢、準確度及作業效率提升。
5. 保服/收費各項申請書、保戶通知單之規劃及系統相關的設計及測試。
6. 依規定執行各項查核作業。
工作條件：

1. 保單服務(保全)行政作業或保單行政作業經驗2年以上

2. 系統需求規劃測試及專案規劃經驗

3. 具溝通協調、組織規劃能力及主動積極之行動力

4. 語文能力:英文聽、說、讀、寫精通，尤佳。
