Provide production support for critical transaction banking applications, including incident response, monitoring, troubleshooting, change coordination, deployment validation, certificate renewals, and access management. Design, implement and maintain enterprise digital measurement and MarTech solutions using Adobe and tag-management platforms. Gather requirements, develop/test code, build dashboards, analyse data to improve conversion and engagement, and support integrations with cloud, APIs and ETL processes.

Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for AV/VC meeting room systems (Zoom Rooms, Neat, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS). Promote event-driven and composable architectures, manage requirements, produce technical documentation, and balance strategic direction with hands-on execution while collaborating across stakeholders.
