Provide data access to analysts, perform code reviews and optimizations, deploy production DAGs, document regulatory analyses, and support business requirements and architecture improvements.

Design, develop, test, and support RPA processes (primarily Blue Prism) within Agile sprints. Participate in sprint ceremonies, support UAT and release preparation, provide platform user technical support, and adhere to RPA norms and best practices.

Drive cloud financial management for a product family: implement FinOps practices, budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, policy and governance, monitoring/reporting, and collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize cloud usage and propagate best practices.

Lead and support end-to-end SAP Concur implementations: configuration, integration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support, user training, and client advisory on travel and expense best practices.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients, innovate and extend AI offerings, architect LLM/RAG/agentic systems, define reference architectures and standards, mentor engineers, support presales and client engagements across UK&I and DACH, and integrate AI into enterprise platforms like ServiceNow.
