Job DescriptionAre you passionate about building scalable data solutions and transforming raw data into meaningful insights? Inetum is looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in Lisbon and help drive innovation through data.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines.
- Optimize data collection, storage, and processing for large datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
- Implement data storage solutions in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments.
- Degree or Master in Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Spark (PySpark)
- Cloudera
- SQL
- Hive/Impala
- Data Warehouses / Data Lakes
- Strong understanding of data architecture and distributed systems.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- French is a plus.

Skills Required
- Degree or Master in Computer Science, Management Informatics or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Spark (PySpark).
- Hands-on experience with Cloudera.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with Hive and/or Impala.
- Experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and distributed systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of French.
