Job Description- Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures.
- Ensure system security and compliance with best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues.
- Collaborate with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform incident resolution and problem determination to ensure availability and stability of SAP platforms according to established service level agreements by working individually or in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to understand complex situations and activities and ability to communicate basic technical information to nontechnical people.
- Provide support and maintenance of SAP environments; ERP / S/4 HANA, BW, PO, Solution Manager, and AS Java.

Qualifications- More than 4/5 years' experience in SAP BASIS
- SAP Certified is a plus.
- English required
- Experience in performing system installation and configuration, patching, upgrade, and system copies (homogeneous \ heterogeneous)
- Experience in performing SAP system performance analysis.
- Experience in SAP HANA \ Sybase \ Oracle \ MaxDB \ DB2 \ SQL database administration.
- Experience in Microsoft / Unix Operating Systems.
- Experience on Cloud Technologies: Azure / AWS / Google Cloud. Cloud Certification is a plus.
- Experience on BTP Administration / SAP Signavio / GRC, is a plus.
- Work individually or in a team on various system support projects related to SAP products.
- Work after hours and on the weekends as necessary according to predefined planning.
Skills Required
