Lead discovery, strategy, and delivery for a core robotics software product area. Deeply engage customers and sites, define specs, iterate prototypes with designers and engineers, and deliver polished, production-ready features that integrate hardware and software.

Lead and coach a territory-based team of Applications Engineers while remaining hands-on commissioning robotic cells, designing solutions, reviewing integrations, and supporting complex installs. Own capacity planning, customer escalations, territory technical strategy, standards, playbooks, and collaboration with sales and product teams. Travel up to 25% for escalations and key customer engagements.

As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware, debug system-level issues, and mentor peers while collaborating with hardware and software teams.

Design, build, and commission robotic automation solutions: create proofs of concept, program robots and PLCs, wire and integrate fixtures/IO/PLCs, train customers, troubleshoot on-site, run demos, and feed field learnings back to engineering teams.
