Lead functional support and governance for Oracle EBS Financials (AP, GL, PO, FA, Cash Management). Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot integrations, manage user access and SOX controls, lead UAT and change management, document processes, train users, and act as functional SME on projects and upgrades.

Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for crew-related costs; monitor and analyze financial variances and operating expenses; support cross-functional and special projects; develop analytical tools and provide actionable insight to commercial and operational leaders; mentor junior team members.

Lead the Revenue Accounting team to ensure timely, accurate revenue reporting and month-end closes. Oversee revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, SOX controls, system enhancements (POLAR, Oracle GL), ad hoc reporting, and cross-functional process improvements. Manage staff development, audits, and communicate with senior leadership.

Plan, coordinate, and execute 50+ trade-focused events annually (shore and shipboard). Manage vendor sourcing, budgets, logistics, presentations, communications, onsite execution, and post-event analysis to drive travel agent engagement and align with sales objectives.

Lead end-to-end operational and financial audits within Risk Advisory and Assurance Services: plan and scope complex reviews, perform walkthroughs and testing, analyze data, identify root causes and control gaps, report findings to senior management, track remediation, support SOX 404 and forensic work, and maintain IIA-compliant documentation.

Provide legal administrative and compliance support for Risk Management and Legal: intake, docketing, calendaring litigation deadlines, coordinate subpoenas and Medicare reporting, manage evidence preservation, timecard administration, onboarding/offboarding, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure regulatory and court compliance.

Responsible for month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, SOX controls, intercompany accounting, debt and derivatives accounting, audit support, and system maintenance in Oracle R12, Hyperion/Essbase and BlackLine.
