The First Line Sales Manager drives commercial performance, develops sales leaders, and ensures disciplined execution of sales strategies in assigned segments.

Provide first-line support for corporate travel inquiries, maintain SharePoint travel content, support reporting and compliance, coordinate with internal teams and travel providers, and assist with training, communications, and continuous improvement of travel operations.

Provide technical support to AC OEMs in Mexico and Central America for Copeland compressors, controls and accessories. Duties include product selection, engineering support for new products and production, warranty administration, sample coordination, developing application profiles, customer training, and liaising with product engineering, quality, sales and lab teams.

Sell Copeland Cargo Solutions across Europe by developing new business, managing and growing accounts, negotiating contracts, executing territory plans, maintaining pipeline and forecasts, and collaborating internally to deliver temperature-monitoring and supply-chain-visibility projects.

Process invoices and employee reimbursements, match invoices with receivers, generate payment proposals, resolve payment issues, maintain AP records and mailbox, respond to vendors, audit expense reports using Concur, assist and train employees on expense reporting, perform compliance audits, and produce AP and Concur KPI reports.

Drive regional execution of national account strategies by activating distributors, engaging contractors, and supporting enterprise accounts. Provide product training, technical support, negotiate local agreements, track partner performance, and maintain pipeline data in Salesforce while traveling extensively across the UK.
