Manage enterprise IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 email, Cisco IronPort security, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, public BIND DNS, Wi-Fi, endpoint management, patching, software deployment, backups, monitoring, scripting, troubleshooting, disaster-recovery drills, and audit compliance. Maintain secure and highly available services across on-premises environments and coordinate with security, audit, and risk teams.

Develop and support Java and React applications using Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, databases, Kafka, and Redis/KeyDB. Lead architecture and development of Java-based stream-processing and distributed platforms for the national NETC FASTag ecosystem. Build low-latency, highly available transaction, settlement, fraud-detection, ANPR, and decisioning systems. Integrate with switching, clearing, and settlement platforms while ensuring resilience, observability, security, regulatory compliance, auditability, and disaster recovery. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, govern vendors, optimize national-scale performance, and retain core platform knowledge within NPCI.
