Manages operational relationships with member banks, resolving escalations and improving payment-processing performance. Oversees settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, disputes, compliance follow-ups, and KPI governance across digital payment systems. Performs advanced analysis using Excel, Power BI, and SQL; prepares dashboards and leadership reports. Leads training, knowledge-sharing, process optimization, automation, and AI/ML initiatives while coordinating stakeholders and supporting regulatory responses.

Responsibilities include deployment and release management, system health monitoring, troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues, incident management, root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, and compliance support. The role also drives automation, process optimization, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvements in system reliability and operational efficiency.

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Java applications and services. Provides data-driven insights and decision support for payment products including RuPay, UPI, Acceptance, and NETC. Builds reusable data assets, dashboards, segmentation frameworks, propensity and attrition models, and portfolio analytics. Partners with product, growth, and commercial teams to optimize customer engagement, pricing, benefits, profitability, and retention. Establishes data governance, quality standards, metric definitions, and test-and-learn frameworks while translating analysis into prioritized business actions.

Lead quality assurance and test automation for Android SDKs and mobile components. Responsibilities include creating test strategies, plans, and automated functional, integration, API, performance, and security test suites; validating SDK behavior across devices and environments; integrating tests with CI/CD pipelines; assessing reliability and resilience; managing defects; supporting secure coding validation; and improving QA processes and release governance.

Implement UPI and card payment solutions for global clients and partners. Lead technical integrations, infrastructure and security assessments, API testing and debugging, technical documentation, solution design communications, client interactions, pre-sales support, RFP participation, and basic technical project management. Serve as a hands-on technical subject matter expert supporting digital products, cross-channel solutions, and market rollouts.

Leads market-wide information security, cyber resilience, privacy governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and assurance for India’s digital payments ecosystem. The role develops security frameworks, coordinates cyber drills and incident preparedness, drives privacy and DPDP readiness, manages systemic and third-party risk, engages regulators and industry stakeholders, and reports cybersecurity, privacy, and resilience metrics to executives and boards.
