Manage corporate client relationships, evaluate credit quality and prepare credit proposals for corporate loans. Market Group Wholesale Banking products, monitor loan portfolio performance and repayments, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct pre- and post-sanction visits, and work with product partners to cross-sell treasury, FX, derivatives and cash management solutions.

Support governance leads to drive AML/CFT risk and control initiatives in Private Banking Malaysia. Maintain and enhance AML/CFT framework, monitor controls, prepare reports/dashboards, support transaction monitoring and investigations (including STRs), perform control and stress testing, KRI monitoring, and assist audits and regulatory reviews. Coordinate governance reporting, licensing, training and stakeholder escalations while ensuring alignment with Group Risk and Compliance.

Manage and execute marketing communications for Cards and Personal Financing across channels. Oversee campaigns, product launches, events, and retail media strategy. Act as liaison between business units and stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives.

Perform branch operations audits per plan and standards, assess risks and control weaknesses, report findings with recommendations, document workpapers in TeamMate, validate remediation, perform regulatory/control testing, and support project or data-analytics tasks as assigned.

Drive sales to meet management-assigned targets for assigned products. Engage customers, demonstrate strong sales performance, and apply passion for sales to achieve goals.

Manage back-office checking and settlement for structured products, unit trusts, reverse repurchase limits, and share transfers. Handle internal enquiries, ensure SLAs are met, execute daily instructions, perform end-of-day reconciliations, coordinate with other departments, update volume statistics, maintain CUR templates, support SHARP testing, and provide timely service to front office and business units.

Perform FP&A activities including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, and variance analysis. Provide insights to senior management, monitor competitors, collaborate with product/segment teams to structure analyses, manage business milestones, assist monthly billing/payments, and support project management for strategic deliverables.

Lead regional economic and market analysis, drive thought leadership on economic, financial, and fiscal matters, coordinate production of analyses, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.

Monitor real-time contact center performance and agent adherence; execute intraday staffing actions; analyze operational data and produce reports; coordinate with Forecasting, Scheduling, and Operations; escalate incidents and support contingency plans; participate in WFM tool testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
