- Implementation of financing products and marketing communications and campaigns to ensure that they are implemented effectively to its targeted customers and that targets and budgets are achieved
- Champions collaboration with other departments to drive returns for the CIMB Group
- Oversees product end-to-end product cycle (product, compliance, risk, collection, fraud, legal, finance, operation, system etc…) and collaborate with other stakeholders to mitigate potential gaps, and resolve matters arised
- Role model and drive acitivities to encourage and build desired organisational culture, values and reputation in the Group markets and with all staff, customers and regulatory/official bodies
- Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
Skills Required
- Experience in digital product development and management
- Strong knowledge of the lending market
- Ability to drive cross-selling initiatives
- Proven track record in P&L management
- Leadership skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
