Manage and grow strategic client relationships by understanding business goals, developing account plans, coordinating delivery with internal teams, tracking account performance, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.

Lead development of new flexible packaging products and technologies, translating customer requirements into specifications, running pilot and production trials, coordinating cross-functional resources, engaging suppliers and customers, and delivering technical reports and presentations while staying current on materials and process trends.

Prepare consolidated financial statements and support month-end/year-end close. Maintain fixed asset and lease subledgers (ASC 842) in Dynamics 365, perform consolidation and intercompany eliminations, research technical accounting issues, liaise with auditors, tax providers, and risk teams, and strengthen internal controls.

Lead and grow a high-performing flexible packaging sales organization. Develop and execute market and vertical strategies, coach and recruit sales talent, manage key customer relationships and strategic negotiations, collaborate cross-functionally on commercialization and supply, and drive CRM, analytics, and digital prospecting for predictable, profitable growth.

Participate in mechanical/electrical projects, automation and robotics initiatives, manufacturing process improvements, CAD drafting, parts procurement, CMMS planning support, and assist on capital projects and project management in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System across business units, including corrective actions, supplier quality, customer complaints, change control, audits, test methods, reporting, and systems roll-outs. Provide guidance, create scorecards/reports, identify trends, and assist BU quality leaders to ensure compliance with international quality requirements.

Design, develop, and modify PLC programs (Siemens STEP 7, Schneider), troubleshoot and resolve electrical/control issues, support commissioning and upgrades, lead safety and regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement and preventive maintenance using CMMS, create electrical schematics in AutoCAD, manage and mentor maintenance teams, and oversee VFDs, motor controls, and industrial networks to improve equipment reliability.

Plan and schedule production orders using the ERP system to meet customer demand, minimize downtime and changeovers, manage inventory levels, support ERP implementation, produce status reports, lead scheduling meetings, and participate in continuous improvement and audit activities.

Validate and audit payroll data and reports, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain payroll records, support year-end W-2 and tax filings, collaborate with HR/Finance/IT and vendors, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and assist with payroll system implementations and vendor evaluations.
