The Financial Controller will lead the financial control function, manage month-end processes, support reporting, and improve financial governance.

Design and scale a global sales enablement strategy: own onboarding, curriculum, content governance, certification, training delivery, cross-functional enablement programs, and measure adoption and ROI to improve sales effectiveness and velocity.

Manage multiple e-learning content projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinate producers, designers and developers, run client communications and workshops, track status and budgets, identify and escalate risks, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
