Design, build, test, deploy and optimize conversational AI for contact centers. Create intents, dialogue flows, prompts and linguistic resources; train and evaluate NLU/LLM, ASR/TTS components; ensure GDPR and Responsible AI compliance; support CI/CD, monitoring, and cross-functional enablement to improve containment, CSAT and other CX metrics.

Lead month-end closing, manage revenue recognition, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory reporting for Sabio France and related entities. Coordinate audits and act as main contact for auditors, prepare French statutory accounts and legal filings. Oversee day-to-day accounting, intercompany transactions, accounts receivable/credit control, and multi-country payroll coordination. Provide reporting, financial analysis, and support process improvements across international entities.

Provide legal counsel on AI and data protection across customer, partner and supplier contracts; lead EU AI Act readiness and ISO 42001 alignment; advise on IP, data transfers, DSRs, audits, incidents and regulator engagement; draft playbooks, run trainings, and support multilingual contracting (French/Spanish) in a fast-growing AI/SaaS environment.

Lead functional consultant for Sabio WFO deployments: design, configure, test, and implement WFO solutions. Deliver functional workshops, create design documentation, support integration/E2E/UAT testing, provide training and knowledge transfer, analyze solution performance, and manage customer relationships through go-live and post-live support.
