Provides first-line IT support for Windows endpoints and Microsoft Office 365, answers helpdesk calls, allocates resources, maintains laptops, images and rebuilds operating systems, deploys antivirus software, and keeps technical documentation and configurations current. Diagnoses hardware and software issues across Windows, Citrix, Stratodesk, Avaya, and related environments while escalating complex problems to appropriate subject-matter experts.

Research and identify prospects through online sources, databases, and social media. Conduct outbound email, cold calls, and social messaging; qualify leads and transfer strong opportunities to sales. Provide first-line B2B customer support to business partners and distributors through email, chat, and phone. Resolve inquiries involving orders, accounts, and system usage; document interactions; collaborate with internal teams; manage escalations; meet service-level targets; and support process improvements in a multicultural environment.

Provides real-time coaching, mentoring, and operational guidance to Hebrew- and English-speaking agents. Supports training, quality, policy implementation, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, complex account-support issues, and potentially abusive-content reviews. Applies client policies and community standards with cultural awareness, empathy, accuracy, and sound judgment. Works with Operations, Training, and Quality in a fast-paced 24/7 environment and completes approximately 13 weeks of training.

Reviews content moderation, identity verification, authenticity, access, and escalation workflows for quality and policy compliance. Applies nuanced Romanian cultural and regional context to decisions involving harmful content, dangerous organizations, and viral content. The role is fully onsite in Dublin, includes four weeks of training, and requires Romanian fluency, prior content moderation experience, and valid permission to work in Ireland.
