Provide L1 monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and user support for Avaya voice and unified communications platforms. Manage ServiceNow tickets, perform call trace analysis, configure extensions, call routing, hunt groups, and voicemail, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams. Requires strong knowledge of signaling protocols, LAN/WAN infrastructure, UCaaS, CcaaS, SaaS, and relevant vendor certifications.

Leads pre-sales solution architecture for managed services, including proposals, RFPs, pricing, win strategies, and customer presentations. Designs multi-site rollouts, network and infrastructure refreshes, Smart Hands support models, on-demand SLA frameworks, structured cabling solutions, Wi-Fi surveys, and access point replacements. Serves as a managed services subject matter expert, collaborates with global teams and partners, supports implementation, and contributes to sales and profit objectives.

Provides techno-functional expertise for Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Performance Management modules. Configures global HR functionality, gathers requirements, designs solutions, develops reports and analytics, audits data integrity, resolves issues, and supports projects, enhancements, testing, UAT, and migrations. Partners with global business stakeholders and HR teams to improve processes and maintain HR system capabilities.

Designs, troubleshoots, and implements complex networking and security solutions across multiple vendors. Consults with customers, resolves escalated technical issues, provides systems administration training, supports client installations, and improves service delivery processes. The role also collaborates with account managers on expansion opportunities, contributes to project documentation, and applies automation and orchestration tools to enhance operations.

Develops and maintains Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC, builds applications with VBCS, and creates OTBI and BIP reports. Configures pages and applications, troubleshoots Oracle Cloud technical issues, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and stays current with Oracle technologies including VBS and Redwood. The role requires independent task management, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
