Lead complex client engagements from scoping through delivery, owning senior and C-suite relationships and driving successful CMap adoption. Provide business context, shape consulting best practices, support junior colleagues, and deliver improved processes and measurable client outcomes. The role requires strong consulting experience, communication skills, stakeholder management, and an informed perspective on how AI and technology are reshaping professional-services business models.

Consults with clients to understand business processes and lead CMap implementation workstreams, including configuration, onboarding, adoption, and change management. Builds trust with senior stakeholders, clarifies ambiguous problems, recommends improved ways of working, and delivers measurable business impact. Collaborates with the wider consulting team to improve delivery methods and helps professional services firms use technology and AI more effectively.

Own full sales cycle for small and mid-sized architecture and engineering firms: manage 10–15 deals (8–12 week cycles), build outbound pipeline alongside marketing leads, maintain CRM and forecasts, deliver tailored demos, and grow CMap's presence in the US AEC market.
