Handle inbound and branch customer accounts, provide phone and face-to-face sales service, grow and manage a portfolio of customers, meet branch sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and support branch operations including trade counter and warehouse picking/packing.

Manage and grow a live portfolio of customer accounts via phone, face-to-face and email. Deliver excellent customer service, meet branch sales targets, develop new business, build rapport, and support branch operations including trade counter duties and occasional picking/packing.

Handle inbound leads and customer enquiries, process orders and quotations, grow sales from existing and new accounts, support outside sales, manage pricing, procurement, returns and account issues while working closely with the branch sales team and manager.
