Lead project sales for the East Region: identify opportunities, manage project lifecycles from bid to execution, build stakeholder relationships, meet sales and margin targets, forecast pipeline, coordinate cross-functional teams, and report on project status and market trends.

Sell and promote electrical products by building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new and additional sales, providing product selection and quotations, using ERP/CRM and digital tools, collaborating with suppliers and management, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Includes some Saturday shifts and collaboration with branch team.

Provide technical customer support and act as an internal sales advisor. Take orders by phone/email, research products, promote promotions, follow up on quotes and deliveries, collaborate with field sales, and perform branch support tasks.

Sell enterprise manufacturing software and IIoT solutions (ERP, MES, QMS, IIoT, analytics) to drive revenue. Develop pipeline, quantify ROI, close deals, liaise with technical and regional teams, report forecasts via CRM, and leverage product and industry experts to meet quotas.

Sell and promote electrical products to new and existing customers, build and maintain customer relationships, provide product selection and application support, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, generate quotes, manage sales records and travel to customer sites, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Lead and grow outside sales team to achieve regional sales targets. Develop strategies, manage key accounts, forecast revenue, coach staff, collaborate with district teams, and represent the brand.
