Research emerging AI tools, LLMs, automation, and industry trends; collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop AI-powered features. Evaluate AI outputs, provide data-driven recommendations, create documentation and test plans, train users, and communicate with global scientists. The role requires laboratory software implementation experience, knowledge of AI/ML concepts, and understanding of regulated environments, data security, and audit trails.

Build relationships with customers, partners, distributors, and industry influencers; develop new business; prepare reports, presentations, and proposals; deliver personalized product demonstrations; manage the full sales cycle; provide presales support; and collaborate with product development and marketing teams. The role serves Mandarin-speaking regions and may involve national and international trade shows.
