Manage and deliver large-scale corporate language training programs for multinational clients. Act as trusted advisor to define KPIs, monitor learning outcomes, drive renewals, analyze program data, coordinate internal stakeholders, and provide project management and change management to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

Advise and sell EF language and study-abroad programs via phone and face-to-face consultations, represent EF at events, meet revenue targets, and support team goals while building student relationships.

Coordinate Executive Qualifications programs, provide participant and faculty support, manage enrollment, assessment and records, handle logistics and invoicing, liaise with internal teams, and support online technical facilitation using LMS and webinar tools.

Manage complex B2B accounts with C-level stakeholders across Brazil and LATAM, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, developing proposals and pitch presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with global support teams to deliver language and intercultural learning solutions.

Guide prospective undergraduate students and their families through the admissions journey, build trusted relationships, manage a recruitment pipeline, meet enrolment targets, represent Hult at events and school visits, collaborate with colleagues, and identify process and outreach improvements to enhance student recruitment outcomes.

Own legal-entity accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, tax/VAT filings, and controls. Coordinate with shared services and central finance, support forecasts, lead audits, coach team, and advise business on accounting and regulatory matters.
