About the Role

At Hult, we don't simply recruit students, we help individuals and families make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

As an Enrolment Advisor, you will guide prospective students throughout their journey, from their first interaction with Hult to their enrolment. Every conversation is an opportunity to build trust, understand aspirations, provide thoughtful guidance, and create an outstanding experience.

Every day brings the opportunity to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, understand their aspirations, and help them explore what's possible at Hult. You'll work alongside a collaborative team, sharing ideas and supporting one another to deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, values meaningful relationships, and finds satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals while consistently striving to exceed their own.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with prospective students and parents
  • Guide students throughout the admissions journey with professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
  • Manage your recruitment pipeline, ensuring every opportunity is followed through with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Work towards ambitious enrolment goals while maintaining an exceptional student experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, solve challenges, and celebrate team success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, outreach, and engagement to create better outcomes for students’ recruitment.
  • Represent Hult through events, presentations, school visits, and one-to-one consultations.

What Will Help You Succeed

You'll enjoy this role if you...

  • Find it rewarding to build lasting relationships and earn people's trust.
  • Naturally follow through on your commitments and take ownership of your work.
  • Stay motivated by ambitious goals and enjoy challenging yourself to achieve more.
  • See every conversation as an opportunity to make a positive impact.
  • Look for opportunities to improve rather than settling for "good enough."
  • Enjoy working alongside others and believe that the best results come from supporting one another.
  • Bring curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn every day.
