Recruit and grow Cambridge exams business by engaging schools and institutions; conduct oral English exams per Cambridge procedures; complete mark sheets; attend Certification of Procedure meetings; be available during exam periods; maintain professional conduct and meet Cambridge Speaking Examiner criteria.

Lead offline and online activation and partnership efforts to drive brand growth and student acquisition. Build strategic partnerships with universities, corporations, government and communities; plan events, co-marketing, and CSR; manage budgets, KPIs, ROI reporting, merchandising, SOPs, and team performance; collaborate with sales to optimize lead conversion.

Lead business analysis, process improvement, and sales operations to drive growth. Manage cross-functional projects, optimize telemarketing, maintain CRM and BI systems, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and advise senior leadership with data-driven insights.
