- Engaging flexibly across all communication channels—virtually, by phone, or in person—adapting style and tone to connect effectively with candidates from junior to senior levels.
- Apply cross-cultural nuances to frame tailored, empathetic, and inclusive communications across diverse European markets.
- Develop a working knowledge of European visa to offer clear, accurate, and timely operational guidance to international applicants.
Enrollment Operations & Pipeline Management
- Oversee the end-to-end processing, validation, and tracking of postgraduate applications, maintaining uncompromising data integrity in Salesforce.
- Monitor progress throughout the admissions funnel, identifying potential bottlenecks early to optimize conversion efficiency.
- Liaise seamlessly with Admissions, Enrollment Advisors, Product Heads, and executive leadership to ensure seamless candidate handoffs, synchronized follow-ups, and aligned retention initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Communicate proactively and transparently across both internal enrollment teams and external stakeholders to drive operational synergy.
- Coordinate logistics for high-impact candidate interviews, admissions panels, and regional enrollment events.
- Provide strategic regional insights, tracking application trends and operational metrics to inform pipeline strategy.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within administrative workflows, systems, and candidate touchpoints to elevate performance standards.
Role Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual fluency in English, alongside professional fluency in at least two of the following languages: German, French, or Italian.
- Global Perspective: Strong cross-cultural communication capability, with a nuanced understanding of the European higher education landscape and candidate expectations.
- Operational Capabilities: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), pipeline data management, and complex cross-departmental scheduling.
- Regulatory Understanding: Familiarity with European visa framework concepts relevant to student mobility.
- Work Authorization: Must hold valid right to work in the United Kingdom.
Key Performance Indicators
- Application processing accuracy, turnaround speed, and data completeness.
- Seamless multi-channel candidate engagement across early-stage and retention phases.
