The Associate Insurance Advisor III role involves inbound sales and service of insurance products, advising clients on coverages, and achieving individual sales goals, while performing risk assessments and maintaining client relationships.

Provide subject-matter expertise on life and wealth products to Advisors, support product integration into business plans, deliver training, analyze advisor performance, coordinate cross-functional messaging, and identify process improvements to drive advisor success.

Lead and manage the Accident Benefits claims unit, coaching staff, ensuring claims handling and reserving policies, authorizing payments and reserves (up to $1,000,000), resolving complex policy interpretations, optimizing operations with analytics, and driving client service, resource planning, and performance management.

The Commercial Insurance Specialist is responsible for expanding the commercial portfolio through prospecting, client contact, sales activities, and risk assessments while providing tailored insurance solutions.

Lead liaison between IT delivery teams and business stakeholders to define system scope, translate requirements, and deliver Guidewire-based solutions. Drive test automation (Selenium→Playwright), maintain regression suites, govern Guidewire non-production environments, support Policy History Migration Tool adoption, and identify continuous improvements in testing and delivery practices.

Coordinate and track medium-to-large marketing and communications projects for the internal creative agency. Establish timelines, monitor scope and resource utilization, manage status communications, run post-project reviews, identify risks and process improvements, and support cross-functional project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
