Responsible for growing the commercial insurance portfolio through prospecting, sales activities, client servicing, risk assessments, commercial inspections, policy reviews, and customized coverage recommendations. The role also involves developing marketing plans, managing client inquiries and complaints, building community relationships, and supporting sales, profitability, and growth goals.

Manage end-to-end email campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Lead complex P&C actuarial analyses focused on reserve adequacy, claims trends, reserving methodologies, predictive reserving solutions, financial reporting, governance, and process improvements. Partner with data science and BI teams, evaluate model outputs, strengthen controls and documentation, lead medium-to-large initiatives, and coach colleagues.

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle intermediate automobile, property, commercial, condominium, and farm insurance claims. Apply policy coverage and provincial regulations, assess losses and damages, collaborate with appraisers, communicate with clients and stakeholders, resolve concerns, and provide guidance to team members. Deliver timely, accurate settlements and exceptional bilingual client service while supporting continuous improvement and major event responses.
