Lead business architecture and analysis for a regional Cards Management System re-platforming initiative. Define card lifecycle processes, system architecture, interfaces, data flows, and integration points. Translate regional requirements into user stories and functional specifications, prioritize enhancements, assess impacts and feasibility, and collaborate with business leaders, product managers, vendors, and technology teams. Support implementation teams, optimize existing processes, and provide guidance across delivery phases.

Partners with HR, technology, risk, audit, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, user-focused solutions. Oversees testing, deployment, compliance, change enablement, operational playbooks, and adoption while enabling workforce insights and responsible AI use in a regulated banking environment.

Lead end-to-end management of wholesale banking transactional fraud disputes and scam-related customer cases. Ensure regulatory compliance, timely customer communications, fair remediation, accurate documentation, and effective governance. Drive process improvements, stakeholder collaboration, management reporting, data-informed insights, audit remediation, and control enhancements while supporting consistent customer outcomes.

Conduct investment transaction surveillance reviews, identify regulatory and policy risks, develop monitoring methodologies, prepare reports for senior management, support audits and regulatory examinations, investigate complaints, and lead automation initiatives. The role requires expertise in private banking products, Hong Kong regulatory requirements, transaction surveillance, business controls, and risk management.

Provides on-site insurance sales support across branches, coaches frontline staff on life insurance selling, conducts joint client calls, supports product launches and branch business strategy, and runs workshops to improve sales performance. The role also strengthens staff knowledge of AML, compliance, and regulatory requirements. It requires substantial retail life insurance banking experience, relevant licensing examinations, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
