Lead Davy’s resilience testing, business continuity, and incident-management activities across important business services and DORA critical ICT functions. Responsibilities include maintaining continuity plans, impact analyses, governance documents, and playbooks; coordinating resilience incidents and crisis responses; applying Central Bank and DORA requirements; supporting resilience training; and liaising with regulators, Internal Audit, and control functions.

The Technical Business Analyst will bridge business and technology teams to deliver and operationalize a new financial-services product. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, creating user stories and process maps, managing risks and dependencies, supporting testing and UAT, ensuring governance and regulatory compliance, and identifying process-improvement opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk stakeholders in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Supports the day-to-day governance and operation of discretionary investment solutions and UCITS funds. Responsibilities include fund governance, service-provider oversight, fund events, trade lifecycle issue resolution, portfolio and investment data workflows, technology implementation, management information, board reporting, and escalation management. The role also serves as a business lead for investment technology and data platform improvements while coordinating responses to fund boards, ManCos, administrators, and other stakeholders.

Support implementation and enhancement of risk, control and governance reporting. Document methodologies, assess controls, improve processes and data quality, run stakeholder workshops, produce governance reports, and support programme delivery.

Supports the enhancement and implementation of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment framework across business units. Coordinates workshops, stakeholder engagement, documentation, action tracking, and quality assurance reviews of risk data and control assessments. Maintains auditable records, provides guidance on RCSA methodology and standards, and applies project management practices to risk initiatives. Requires financial services experience, strong analytical and communication skills, project management discipline, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Manages the end-to-end accounts payable process, including supplier setup, invoice validation, payment runs, reconciliations, and audit support. Performs cost analysis, budget variance investigation, forecasting support, month-end activities, and management reporting. The role also improves finance workflows, supports automation and system enhancements, maintains process documentation, and partners with budget owners, procurement teams, operational stakeholders, and suppliers.

Manage discretionary client portfolios according to mandates and Investment Committee guidance. Analyze asset allocation, performance, risk drift, benchmarks, and performance drivers. Support investment evaluations, portfolio reporting, stakeholder communication, and process-efficiency initiatives. Collaborate with Client Advisers, Investment Strategy, Investment Selection, and Portfolio Management teams while maintaining compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks.
