Designs scalable AWS data architectures and modernizes data platforms using PostgreSQL, Redshift, and Teradata. Translates business requirements into technical designs, develops and reviews Python solutions, leads SQL optimization for large datasets, and provides technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.

Support discovery and implementation projects, perform API-based testing, execute integrations, and document solutions. Requires insurance implementation experience, knowledge of policy and claims processes, REST and JSON familiarity, and technical experience with Groovy or OPA. InsureMO, ACORD, and Agile experience are preferred.

Designs, implements, and operates scalable observability platforms for cloud-native distributed systems. Responsibilities include building metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, SLOs, SLIs, and alerts; instrumenting applications with OpenTelemetry; managing monitoring tools; automating deployments with CI/CD and infrastructure as code; and collaborating with development, SRE, and platform teams on runbooks and incident reporting.

Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter, develop rating models and rules, and build integrations with billing, claims, CRM, and other systems.
