Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure issues; build, deploy, and support clients, servers, and peripherals; maintain troubleshooting documentation; enforce configuration policies; and support infrastructure-related software. Support WebMD consumer product management by creating feature backlogs and product documentation (user stories, use cases, flows). Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to prioritize work, advise on technical implementation, lead acceptance testing with QA, and coordinate agile testing cycles and product launches. Provide regular updates and recommendations to product leadership.

Provide cross-functional sales and trade support: troubleshoot and document Sales Trade Management issues, collaborate with sales, customer service and IS teams, apply sales policy knowledge and technical proficiency in trade management applications to resolve client problems.

Locate weekly FDA prescribing updates; compile and assign content to production; publish monographs and side effects in the CMS; update RxList promotions; perform daily social media posts; publish Rich Media Quizzes returned from editorial.

Perform routine HR administrative tasks including data entry, creating/updating employee files, phone/mail handling, scheduling meetings and interviews, maintaining supplies, and occasionally pre-screening candidates. Support recruiting and HR operations for a short-term contract role.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012, SLES/RHEL Linux, and VMware ESX environments. Configure and maintain 1Gb/10Gb LANs and Layer 2/3 Ethernet devices. Support PC and server architecture, perform setup, configuration, and network troubleshooting. Collaborate with team; requires 3-5 years of applicable experience.
