The role engages senior stakeholders and collaborates with insurance, product, technology, and operations teams to improve adoption, conversion, and commercial performance.

Manage Thailand payroll, statutory requirements, recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, benefits, leave, engagement initiatives, HR reporting, and workplace coordination. Partner with regional People teams, local stakeholders, and external vendors on HR operations and process improvements.
