The NPI Test Engineer at VIAVI will develop test plans and procedures, implement automated scripts, and analyze test data for new optical products.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, spend management, and financial modeling for the global sales organization. Partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights on revenue, bookings, margins, productivity, headcount, and investments. Prepare executive reports, support strategic initiatives, improve financial efficiency, ensure governance compliance, and guide decisions through forward-looking analysis.

Develop new accounts and expand existing ones within an assigned territory. Manage key accounts and stakeholders (distributors, government, engineering, purchasing, senior management). Identify and close sales opportunities, grow customer base, provide weekly forecasts and reports, and collaborate with business unit and regional teams. Support market research and product launches alongside the Japan Country Manager and marketing team as needed.

Provide customer-facing Tier 1 support for the Nitro Core system: respond to support requests (8x5 or 24x7), diagnose and document issues, manage escalations, update ticketing system, and drive resolution while liaising with engineering to meet SLAs and improve customer satisfaction.

Lead regional marketing for VIAVI's Lab and Production Test Solutions across EMEA: develop and execute regional marketing and communications plans, ensure brand consistency, manage events, collaborate cross-functionally with sales and global teams, track marketing KPIs, and drive lead generation and revenue through integrated campaigns.

The Optical Testing Engineer develops optical test platforms, verifies designs, supports new product introductions, and collaborates across R&D teams to optimize testing solutions and automation.

Responsible for supporting sales and technical demonstrations for CST solutions, addressing customer challenges, and driving product introductions in EMEA.

The Project Manager will oversee the development of Inertial Measurement Units, coordinating project schedules, procurement, testing, and cross-departmental communication to ensure timely execution and quality.
