Lead and execute aerospace/defense programs (~$5M scope), managing schedule, cost, risk, customer communication, cross-functional teams, ISO/AS compliance, export controls, and mentorship of junior PMs.

Design and develop hardware and firmware for embedded aerospace/defense systems. Implement FPGA logic (VHDL/Verilog), write bare-metal and RTOS firmware for ARM/PowerPC, develop peripheral drivers, apply DO-254/DO-178C where applicable, support hardware bring-up, lab debugging, documentation, and configuration management (Git/SVN).

Lead global equity and executive compensation programs (RSU, PSU, ESPP), ensure compliance (SEC, IRC, China SAFE), manage vendors, partner with Finance/Legal/Tax/Payroll, oversee grant cycles, proxy inputs, SOX controls, and mentor the stock administration analyst.

Develop and document efficient PCB assembly methods, support production and process engineering, analyze yield/SPC data, implement ECOs and corrective actions, provide DFM and customer support, ensure ISO9001/AS9100 compliance, and assist production with tooling, setup, and technical issues.

The SAE Engineer will support customers with PCB design and engineering issues, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and standards. Responsibilities include reviewing client data, providing solutions, and communicating with engineering teams on design discrepancies.

Assist in the solder mask process, monitor daily parameters, analyze quality issues, support production, collaborate with departments, and improve standard operating procedures.

Design moderate-to-complex PCB layouts (Digital, Analog, Power, RF) using Siemens Xpedition/PADs, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD; create fabrication/assembly drawings (AutoCAD 2023), BOMs and ODB++ outputs; apply IPC standards, high-speed and RF layout best practices; collaborate with electrical, mechanical, manufacturing teams; maintain legacy designs and documentation. Must be eligible for DoD Secret clearance when required.
