1. 学历与专业：
· 本科及以上学历，化学工程与工艺、高分子材料、电子材料、印刷工程、机械自动化或相关理工科专业。
2. 工作经验：
· 欢迎应届毕业生或1年以上PCB行业相关工作经验者应聘。
· 有PCB防焊、表面处理、湿制程等相关实习或工作经验的候选人将优先考虑。
3. 知识与技能：
· 必备知识：
  · 了解PCB基本制造流程，特别是防焊（绿油）工序。
  · 具备基础的化学和高分子材料知识，了解油墨的基本特性。
· 核心技能：
  · 能够读懂基本的机械图纸和PCB Gerber文件。
  · 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）进行数据记录和报告编写。
  · 具备良好的动手能力和学习能力，能够快速掌握新设备和新技术。
· 优先技能：
  · 了解曝光能量、显影速度、烘烤温度等关键工艺参数对品质的影响。
  · 有使用显微镜、厚度仪等基本量测仪器的经验。
  · 了解ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系者优先。
4. 素质与能力：
· 严谨细致： 对工作认真负责，注重细节，追求高品质。
· 分析与解决问题能力： 具备逻辑思维，能积极参与问题分析。

职位描述

1. 工艺维护与监控：
   · 协助执行防焊（Solder Mask）工艺流程的日常参数监控与记录，包括但不限于：印刷、预烤、曝光、显影、后烤等工序。
   · 负责生产线防焊工序的首件确认与巡检，确保工艺条件符合标准。
   · 监控和维护防焊油墨、网板、菲林等物料的状态。
2. 质量问题分析与处理：
   · 协助工程师分析防焊工序出现的常见品质问题，如：油墨脱落、渗油、露铜、气泡、皱褶、曝光不良、显影不净/过度等。
   · 参与不良品的初步原因分析，并执行工程师制定的临时纠正措施。
   · 收集和整理生产异常数据，为问题分析提供依据。
3. 生产支持与改进：
   · 协助进行新规格油墨、新设备或新工艺的试验与导入工作。
   · 参与编写和优化防焊工序的标准化作业指导书。
   · 参与生产现场的5S管理与安全规范执行。
4. 跨部门协作：
   · 与生产、品质、设备等部门紧密合作，共同解决流程中的问题。
   · 协助对接客户对防焊外观及性能的特殊要求。

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
