Develop and document efficient PCB assembly methods, support production and process engineering, analyze yield/SPC data, implement ECOs and corrective actions, provide DFM and customer support, ensure ISO9001/AS9100 compliance, and assist production with tooling, setup, and technical issues.

The SAE Engineer will support customers with PCB design and engineering issues, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and standards. Responsibilities include reviewing client data, providing solutions, and communicating with engineering teams on design discrepancies.

Must be eligible for DoD Secret clearance when required.

The Advanced Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, specifically focusing on air conditioning and air compressors, with at least three years of experience required. Experience in project management is preferred.

The QA Director manages quality across manufacturing sites, drives continuous improvement, collaborates across teams, and manages quality budgets to support operations.

Design moderate-to-complex PCBs (digital, analog, power, RF) using Siemens Xpedition/PADS or Cadence Allegro/OrCAD. Perform place-and-route, signal integrity and RF routing, create fabrication/assembly drawings, generate ODB++ and BOM outputs, maintain libraries and PCNs, and collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams while meeting IPC and ITAR/DoD requirements.

Lead and oversee a Communications Systems Program Management team to deliver aerospace and defense customer programs on schedule, budget, and to quality standards. Manage resources, performance metrics, proposals, cross-functional coordination, export compliance, and continuous process improvements while developing and coaching program management staff.

Support bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payroll processing for a defined population: data entry, timekeeping review, off-cycle adjustments, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, W-2 support, and employee payroll inquiries under senior guidance.

Lead mechanical design and analysis for electronic packaging and PCB products. Perform advanced FEA, thermal, structural and vibration analysis, develop qualification plans, mentor engineers, interface with customers, and ensure designs meet specifications, cost, and regulatory/ITAR requirements.
