As a Territory Manager, you will drive sales by nurturing customer relationships, acquiring new business, delivering sales presentations, and managing delivery issues in the foodservice industry.

Lead analytics and project support for corporate strategy initiatives: perform complex root-cause analyses, develop recommendations, present to executives, manage project plans, engage cross-functional teams, enable field execution with trainings and SOPs, and provide ongoing ad-hoc analytical support.

Manages customer relationships and territory growth through account development, new-business prospecting, sales presentations, product recommendations, pricing strategies, and customer service. Collaborates with specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams; resolves delivery issues; monitors competitors and market conditions; and conducts regular customer visits throughout the assigned territory.

Supervise and coach Account Executives and Account Managers, establish sales objectives, monitor KPI performance, and drive customer relationship growth, account penetration, and profitability. Develop sales procedures, coordinate training and customer coverage, support escalations across departments, and participate in critical sales calls and business reviews. The role may directly manage significant accounts and requires collaboration with customers, vendors, and internal sales, operations, purchasing, pricing, and merchandising teams.

Coordinates bid and contract administration, including product catalog maintenance, pricing coordination, customer allowance validation, complaint follow-up, quality checks, pricing issue resolution, and recurring reports for the DLA Contracting Officer. Requires accurate recordkeeping, financial analysis, strong Excel skills, communication, organization, and independent judgment. The role works with sales, internal support teams, and customers and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Supports daily cash positioning, bank portal users, wire and ACH payments, fraud filter reviews, electronic deposits, bank and credit card fee reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and bank account maintenance. Partners with treasury, accounting, tax, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking teams. Assists with borrowing decisions, acquisitions, cash management projects, and other treasury activities.

Own and grow assigned customer accounts, achieve sales and profitability goals, expand product and category penetration, and ensure contract compliance. Lead coordinated efforts among customer service and account coordination teams, conduct customer visits and business reviews, present products and programs, support new account launches, and resolve service, pricing, purchasing, and accounts receivable matters. Frequent field travel is required.

Manage assigned customer relationships to drive sales growth, penetration, and profitability. Lead a small sales team, conduct regular account visits and business reviews, present vendor products, ensure contract compliance, and achieve annual sales targets. Frequent field travel and strong communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills required.

Manage and grow assigned foodservice accounts by selling food and non-food items, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely deliveries, collecting receivables, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales and profitability goals.

Manage and grow customer relationships across a Peoria–Galesburg territory through sales, account management, new business development, menu consultations, product recommendations, and collaborative team-based selling. Handle delivery issues, market/competitive insights, territory planning, and regular onsite visits using personal vehicle.
