Lead the design, development, and optimization of Azure-based data pipelines, data lakes, Databricks Delta Lake, and Snowflake warehouses. Manage ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, quality controls, governance, security, and performance optimization. Lead ETF product development, servicing strategy, and ongoing product management for Canadian ETF sponsors. Coordinate across sales, operations, technology, custody, fund services, and securities lending teams; assess client needs, competitors, market opportunities, vendors, and strategic alliances; plan development initiatives; support client presentations and industry engagement; and track product performance, adoption, quality, and financial metrics.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable Snowflake data pipelines, models, and workflows. Ensures data quality, performance, reliability, governance, security, and regulatory compliance across business-critical data platforms.
