Partner with product, business, custody operations, architecture, infrastructure, risk, and vendor teams to translate requirements into well‑designed technical solutions
Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, system design, and code quality, including design and code reviews
Embed and continuously improve Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, sprint execution, and release planning
Proactively manage delivery risks, technical debt, project issues, and budget constraints, clearly communicating impacts and mitigation strategies
Ensure solutions meet required security, compliance, and operational readiness standards for mission‑critical custody platforms
