Processes international tax reclaim applications, validates tax documents, performs data analysis and reconciliations in Excel, resolves operational discrepancies, maintains accurate records, and supports compliance and process improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with internal teams, custodians, and external partners while meeting productivity, quality, and timeliness targets in a custody tax operations environment.

Leads global HR reporting and analytics using Workday, designing and deploying advanced reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions. Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into accurate, compliant reporting outputs; manages testing, documentation, quality controls, troubleshooting, and deployment. Establishes reporting standards, evaluates new Workday capabilities, and leads and mentors a small team of report developers in India.

Provides investment performance measurement and attribution across equity, multi-asset, and fixed-income portfolios. Delivers accurate, timely data, client communications, stakeholder support, onboarding, and change-management solutions. Requires GIPS knowledge, analytical ability, strong communication, process-improvement focus, and proficiency with performance platforms, Excel, VBA, and SQL. CFA or CIPM credentials are beneficial.

Provides first-line risk advisory support to APAC Investment Services leadership, focusing on operational, fiduciary, regulatory, client-facing, and product development risks. Leads risk assessments, control reviews, governance discussions, reporting, escalation, remediation, incident response, and regulatory or audit engagements. Partners with business, change, and second- and third-line teams to strengthen controls, manage emerging risks, and embed risk considerations into strategic initiatives and new products.
