Support and supervise account onboarding, approval, and lifecycle maintenance for an introducing broker-dealer platform. Review complex account structures, execute ownership and tax documentation changes, handle transfers (ACATS/non-ACATS), perform Series 24 supervisory reviews and exceptions, partner with client service and advisors, identify and escalate risks, and help implement workflow automation (Salesforce and AI-enabled) while maintaining audit-ready documentation and controls.

Leads Transfer Agency AML and Registration Services operations, including AML/KYC, investor onboarding, account opening, maintenance, screening, and transaction monitoring. Manages operational teams, governance, controls, regulatory deliverables, stakeholder relationships, issue remediation, resilience, and continuous improvement. Partners with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, Client Service, and Product teams to improve service quality, automation, scalability, and regulatory discipline.

Manage securities lending reconciliation operations, lead a multi-location team, resolve discrepancies, oversee contract compare/DDA validation, settlements and collateral management, enforce SLAs/KPIs, drive risk mitigation and process improvements, and collaborate with traders and internal stakeholders.

Lead client enablement for front-office users to drive adoption of Charles River/State Street Alpha. Capture requirements, identify usage gaps, develop engagement and delivery strategies, influence product roadmap, coordinate across sales, client management, professional services and development, and serve as a client-facing advocate to improve user satisfaction and platform utilization.

Supports strategic governance and business operations across client experience, operational excellence, risk and resiliency, and employee engagement. Produces metrics, reports, presentations, and analysis; tracks initiatives, risks, issues, and escalations; supports strategic and transformational projects; and uses technology and AI tools to improve processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, presentation, collaboration, and prioritization skills in a hybrid environment.
