As an Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of fund accounting services for a portfolio of ETF clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality, control and client service.

This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise and management skills while driving operational excellence, supporting business growth and contributing to key strategic priorities across the organisation.

What You Will Be Responsible For

•  Oversee daily NAV production and fund accounting activities ensuring all service level agreements, deadlines and control requirements are achieved.

•   Lead a portfolio of ETF clients and contribute to the continued growth and strategic development of our ETF business.

•   Act as an escalation point for complex operational, accounting and client issues.

•  Partner with technology and change teams on strategic projects.

•  Support talent development through coaching, mentoring and technical leadership.

•  Monitor capacity, workflow allocation and operational resilience across the team.

•  Participate in client service reviews and operational discussions.
•  Identify operational risks and control weaknesses, driving remediation activities where required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree

•  Relevant experience in Fund Accounting, ETF Operations, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing. or a comparable environment.

•  Understanding of ETF fund structures and investment products is preferred.

•  Prior experience leading operational workflows and managing complex client relationships.

•  Experience participating in risk reviews and client governance processes.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial data.
